Comments :

Tree presents in good health with good vigour (dense canopy). Some previous tear outs observable, structure is fair due to bifurcation of the main stem. No signs of pest or pathogen at time of inspection. Provides great habitat for local wildlife and is an asset to the local area. Evidence of previous powerline clearance pruning and deadwood pruning.
