"Planted, estimated circa 1920, during the tenure of Charles Weston 1915-1926 as the first Officer in Charge Afforestation Branch Australian Capital Territory. Seedlings of Atlas Cedar for planting throughout Canberra at the time were raised from seed collected from a mature tree at Campbell’s Duntroon property, now the Governor General’s Residence at Yarralumla." |
